Within the first phase of this project, we will start by ensuring our teams are aligned on the project framework and our methodology, as well as the high level requirements of the project.

This usually takes place in two sessions.

Implement Sales Cloud in order to act as the core CRM.

Set up a lead process to track inbound leads.

Set up a sales process using Opportunities.

Set up Campaigns to help capture KPIs and other Marketing related metrics.

Empower your System Administrator through training and guidance.

Salesforce has powerful tools that enable you to report on any part of the system. Ao Collaboration will always recommend creating at least one dashboard in order to receive useful metrics out of the system.

As part of this project, we ensure that we are available for flexible communication to timelines and requirements with our internal project management process.

We will also be testing the system throughout the duration of the project, so whenever we provide a demo, or ask for feedback, we are sure that everything is working as expected.

Once everything has been completed, we will also train all users on the system.

This package is meant to be the fastest way for you to implement Salesforce successfully.
